Abstract: The LTE system and the quantizing structure of E-UTRAN network are described in this paper. Also the analysis for the protocol stack and its function have been given in the paper. Moreover there is a detailed description of the design of the states and the processes and message sequence chart for RRC connection reestablishment here. In the end, it analyzes this topic and gives a conclusion. In addition, the study of the Research on RRC Connection Reestablishment Procedure which shows that it plays an important role for the communication of the LTE system is also included. And for the long-term interest, the research is also needed in one field of LTE communication system.
