We have considered the first version of the moment theory of elasticity, where

is a displacement vector, and Ω-rotation vector. Using Fourier integral transformation, some boundary problems of the moment theory of elasticity, in particular, stationary oscillation problems for a semiplane and an endless strip, have been effectively solved.
