This paper introduces an AI-powered Procurement Chatbot, capable of conducting supplier negotiations with minimal human intervention. The system utilizes machine learning (ML), natural language processing (NLP), and historical transaction data to negotiate terms, secure cost savings, and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
