Special
Issue on Ecosystem and Biodiversity Conservation
Biodiversity is the assembly of
ecological complexes formed by living things and their environment, and various
related ecological processes, including animals, plants, microorganisms and the
genes they possess, as well as the complex ecosystems they form within their living
environment. It usually includes three components: genetic diversity, species
diversity, and ecosystem diversity. The measures of biodiversity protection
include local protection, ex-situ protection, establishment of gene bank and
legal system. The goal of this special
