Special Issue on Applications to Wind Energy

The wind is a free, clean, and inexhaustible energy source. It has served humankind well for many centuries by propelling ships and driving wind turbines to grind grain and pump water. In addition to home wind-electric generation, a number of utilities around the world have built larger wind turbines to supply power to their customers. . The goal of this special issue is to provide a platform for scientists and academicians all over the world to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in the area of applications to wind energy.

In this special issue, we invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles that explore applications to wind energy. In this special issue, potential topics include, but are not limited to:

• Wind energy utilization
• Wind power generation
• Wind energy storage
• Wind turbine research
• Wind energy density
• Wind energy resources development

Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.

Please kindly note that the “Special Issue” under your manuscript title should be specified and the research field “Special Issue - Applications to Wind Energy” should be selected during your submission.
