Special Issue on
Forest Economics, Policy, and Social Science
Forest economics provides essential information that helps forest
policy decision making at both the sectoral level and at the forest level.
Traditionally, forest economics was concerned exclusively with the process of
timber production. Today, however, its scope has expanded to take account of
the multi-functional role that forests have in delivering not only economic
benefits to society but also environmental, social and cultural benefits. The
goal of this special issue is to provide a platform for scientists and
academicians all over the world to promote, share, and discuss various new
issues and developments in the area of Forest
Economics, Policy, and Social Science.
In this special issue, we invite
front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review
