Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving Technologies

Energy efficiency simply means using less energy to perform the same task – that is, eliminating energy waste. Energy efficiency brings a variety of benefits: reducing greenhouse gas emissions, reducing demand for energy imports, and lowering our costs on a household and economy-wide level. The goal of this special issue is to provide a platform for scientists and academicians all over the world to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in the area of Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving Technologies.

In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on exploring Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving Technologies. In this special issue, potential topics include, but are not limited to:

• Energy generation and distribution
• Energy conservation
• Energy-efficient appliances
• Energy-efficient building design
• Energy saving technology
• Analysis and modeling of energy efficiency performance
• Energy management systems and energy services
• Energy markets and risk assessment
• Emerging technologies and approaches to improve energy efficiency

Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.
