Special Issue on
Modeling, Design and Control of Electric
Machines
Electric machines (motors and generators)
are key elements for efficient and sustainable use of energy. The new market
trends for the electrification of road vehicles as well as aircraft, the
increase in energy efficiency, and the development of various sustainable
energy sources require innovations in the design and control of electric
machines. The goal of this special issue is to provide a platform for
scientists and academicians all over the world to promote, share, and discuss
various new issues and developments in the area of Modeling, Design and Control of Electric Machines.
In this special issue, we invite
front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review
articles that explore Modeling, Design
and Control of Electric Machines. In this special issue, potential topics
include, but are not limited to:
-
Electric machine design and control
optimization
-
Electromagnetic
materials, iron losses, additional losses
-
Electric
