Special Issue on COVID-19 and Public Health

Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is a contagious disease caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). The first known case was identified in Wuhan, China, in December 2019. The disease has since spread worldwide, leading to an ongoing pandemic. The outbreak was declared a Public Health Emergency of International Concern. Public health and social measures have proven critical to limiting transmission of COVID-19 and reducing deaths.

In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on COVID-19 and Public Health. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:

Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.

Please kindly notice that the “Special Issue” under your manuscript title is supposed to be specified and the research field “Special Issue – COVID-19 and Public Health should be chosen during your submission.
