Special Issue on Law Theory and Practice
Legal theory refers to the basic principle basis of laws
and regulations that meet the requirements of the government of a country or
region at that time. Correct legal theory can guide the development of the legal
system in the right direction. The goal of this special issue is to provide a
platform for scientists and academicians all over the world to promote, share,
and discuss various new issues and developments in the
area of Law Theory and Practice.
In this
special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit
