Special Issue on Complex Analysis and Applications
Complex analysis, traditionally known as the theory of functions of a
complex variable, is the branch of mathematical analysis that investigates
functions of complex numbers. It is useful in many branches of mathematics,
including algebraic geometry, number theory, analytic combinatorics, applied
mathematics; as well as in physics, including the branches of hydrodynamics,
thermodynamics, and particularly quantum mechanics. By extension, use of
complex analysis also has applications in engineering fields such as nuclear,
aerospace, mechanical and electrical engineering.
In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line
researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on complex analysis and applications. Potential topics include, but are not limited
to:
-
Complex functions
-
Complex numbers
-
Geometric properties
-
Complex dynamics
-
Complex plane
-
Analytic function theory
-
Applications in engineering and physics
Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective
authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through
the journal’s Paper Submission System.
Please kindly notice that the “Special Issue”
under your manuscript title is supposed to be specified and the research field
“Special Issue – Complex Analysis and
Applications” should be chosen during your submission.
