Special Issue on Radiology and Medical Imaging
Radiology is a medical specialty that employs the use of imaging which includes X-ray radiography, ultrasound, computed tomography (CT), nuclear medicine, positron emission tomography (PET) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) to diagnose or treat diseases. Medical imaging is the technique and process used to create images of the human body for clinical purposes (medical procedures seeking to reveal, diagnose, or examine disease) or medical science (including the study of normal anatomy and physiology). It is part of biological imaging and incorporates radiology, nuclear medicine, endoscopy, medical photography, and microscopy.
In this special issue, we are going to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles that explore Radiology and Medical Imaging.
Before submission authors should carefully read over the journal’s Author Guidelines, which are located at Authors’ Guidelines. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal Manuscript Tracking System at Paper Submission System.
