Special Issue on Parasitology
Parasitology is the study of parasites, their hosts, and the relationship between them. A parasite is a pathogen that simultaneously injures and derives sustenance from its host. Some parasites are actually commensals, in that they neither benefit nor harm their host (for example, Entamoeba coli). The diseases caused by parasites range from relatively innocuous to fatal.
In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on exploring Parasitology. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:
Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.
Please kindly specify the “Special Issue” under your manuscript title. The research field “Special Issue - Parasitology” should be selected during your submission.
