Special Issue on Globalization and Sovereignty
Globalization represents
the reality that we live in a time when the walls of sovereignty are no
protection against the movements of capital, labor, information and ideas, nor
can they provide effective protection against harm and damage. The goal of this
Special Issue is to provide a platform for scientists worldwide to promote,
share, and discuss various new issues and developments in the area of globalization and sovereignty.
In this special issue, we intend to invite
front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review
articles on exploring globalization and sovereignty. Potential
topics include, but are not limited to:
-
Sovereign equality

-
Human rights and global governance
-
Sovereignty in the context of globalization
-
Constitutionalism and political form
-
Legitimacy reconsidered
Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully
before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of
their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.
