Special Issue on Liver Cancer
The liver has many important functions such as cleans toxins from the blood, makes bile that helps digest fat, makes substances that help blood clot, and makes, stores, and releases sugar for energy. Liver cancer can be the cancer that starts in the liver or the cancer that forms in other parts of the body and spreads to the liver (because the liver filters blood from all parts of the body, cancer cells from elsewhere can lodge in the liver and start to grow).
In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on exploring Liver Cancer. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:
-
Hepatocellular carcinoma
-
Cholangiocarcinoma
-
Causes and Prevention
-
Signs and symptoms
-
Treatments
Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.
Please kindly specify the “Special Issue” under your manuscript title. The research field “Special Issue - Liver Cancer” should be selected during your submission.
