Special Issue on Molecular Pharmacology and Therapeutics
Molecular
Pharmacology and Therapeutics focuses on understanding drug action at the
cellular and molecular levels. This field combines principles from
pharmacology, which studies the effects of drugs and how they are processed by
the body, and molecular biology, which looks at the molecular mechanisms within
cells. Researchers in this area investigate how drugs interact with biological
systems to modify physiological functions, with the ultimate goal of developing
more effective and safer therapeutic agents. By exploring drug-receptor
interactions, signaling pathways, and genetic factors influencing drug
response, this discipline aims to advance personalized medicine and enhance
treatment outcomes for various diseases."
In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line
researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on Molecular Pharmacology and Therapeutics. Potential topics include, but are not limited
to:
-
Drug discovery and design
-
Pharmacogenetics and pharmacogenomics
-
Drug delivery systems
-
Signal transduction
-
Chemical biology
-
Bioinformatics in pharmacology
-
Toxicology and drug safety
-
Pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics
-
Neuropharmacology
-
Cancer pharmacology
-
Cardiovascular pharmacology
Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic
copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.
Please kindly notice that the “Special Issue”
under your manuscript title is supposed to be specified and the research field
“Special Issue – Molecular Pharmacology and Therapeutics” should be chosen during your submission.
