Special Issue on Cryptography and Its Applications
Cryptography
is a specialized field of study focused on securing communication and data
through the use of codes and ciphers. It involves creating algorithms, ciphers,
and security systems to encrypt and decrypt information, ensuring that data can
be transmitted and stored securely. Cryptography is fundamental in protecting
sensitive information against unauthorized access and plays a crucial role in
various applications such as internet security, digital currencies (like
cryptocurrencies), secure communications, and cybersecurity. The field combines
elements of mathematics, computer science, and electrical engineering,
continually evolving to counteract emerging security threats and adapt to
advancing technology.
In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line
researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on Cryptography and Its Applications. Potential topics include, but are not limited
to:
-
Symmetric key cryptography
-
Public key
