Agricultural and Food
Science reports on agriculture and food research related to primary production
and which have a northern dimension.The fields within the scope of the journal
include agricultural economics, agricultural engineering, animal science,
environmental science, horticulture, plant and soil science and primary
production-related food science. The goal of this special issue is to provide a
platform for scientists and academicians all over the world to promote, share,
and discuss various new issues and developments in this area of Agriculture and Food Science.
In this special issue, we invite
front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review
articles that explore Agriculture and Food Science. In this special issue, potential
