Special Issue on Coating Science and Technology
The coating is a continuous film applied to the surface of an object and used for protecting or decorating the object. It may completely cover the substrate, or only cover parts of the substrate. Coatings are usually a kind of viscous liquid, based on resin, oil, or emulsion, and formulated with an organic solvent or water. In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on exploring coating science and technology. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:
-
Coatings and synthetic chemistry
-
Development of coating process and technology
-
Functions and types of coatings
-
Problems and solutions in coating application process
-
National and international standard of coatings
-
Application of analytical instrument in coating industry
Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully
before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of
their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.
Please kindly specify the “Special Issue”
under your manuscript title. The research field “Special Issue – Coating Science and Technology” should be selected during your submission.
