Special Issue on Plant Pathology Research

Plant Pathology is the scientific study of diseases in plants caused by pathogens and environmental conditions. Organisms that cause infectious disease include fungi, oomycetes, bacteria, viruses, viroids, virus-like organisms, phytoplasmas, protozoa, nematodes and parasitic plants.

In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original researches and review articles on exploring plant pathology. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:

• Pathogen identification
• Disease etiology
• Disease cycles
• Disease epidemiology
• Plant disease resistance
• Economic impact
• Plant diseases affecting humans and animals
• Plant diseases management

Authors should read over the journal’s Authors’ Guidelines carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal at Paper Submission System.

Please kindly specify the “Special Issue” under your manuscript title. The research field “Special Issue – Plant Pathology Research” should be selected during your submission.
