Special Issue on Personalized Medicine
Personalized medicine aims to use new methods of molecular analysis to
better manage a patient’s disease or predisposition toward a disease. It helps
physicians and patients choose the disease management approaches likely to work
best in the context of a patient’s genetic and environmental profile. Our
growing understanding of genetics promote us to use better diagnoses, safer
drug prescribing, and more effective treatment of the diseases and conditions. Tailoring
health care to a person’s unique condition is the idea behind personalized medicine.
In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line
researchers and authors to submit original researches and review articles on
exploring personalized medicine.
