Special Issue on Malaria Treatment and Management

Malaria is a mosquito-borne infectious disease that affects humans and other animals. It is caused by single-celled microorganisms of the Plasmodium group. The disease is widespread in the tropical and subtropical regions that exist in a broad band around the equator.

In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on Malaria Treatment and Management. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:

• Laboratory diagnosis
• Treatment and therapy
• Infection and transmission
• Prevention and control
• Malaria and public health
• Clinical trials
• Genetic factors
• Antimalarial drugs
• Drug resistance
• Artemisinin-based combination therapy
• Pathogenesis of Plasmodium falciparum malaria
• Malaria vaccine

Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.

Please kindly notice that the “Special Issue” under your manuscript title is supposed to be specified and the research field “Special Issue – Malaria Treatment and Management” should be chosen during your submission.
