ABSTRACT: The hotel industry in China is in a stage of rapid development, and the development
prospects of international hotel brands in Chinese market undoubtedly become
the focus topic. The localization of international hotel brands is the
inevitable trend of the development of international hotel. This paper expounds
the reasons of international hotel brands localization and analyzes the
localization strategies in China, mainly such as, talent localization, service localization,
brand localization, and management localization.
