Special Issue on Genetic Algorithms and Evolutionary Computation
The
special issue welcomes both theoretical and practical developments of
computational systems drawing their inspiration from nature, with particular
emphasis on evolutionary algorithms (EAs), including, but not limited to,
genetic algorithms (GAs), evolution strategies (ESs), evolutionary programming
(EP), genetic programming (GP), classifier systems (CSs), and other natural
computation techniques.
In this special issue, we intend to invite
front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review
articles on exploring Genetic Algorithms and Evolutionary
Computation. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:
-
Genetic algorithms and programming
-
Evolution algorithms, strategies, and
programming
-
Ant colony optimization
-
Artificial bee colony algorithm
-
Artificial immune systems
-
Bees algorithm
-
Cultural algorithms
-
Differential evolution
-
Dual-phase evolution
-
Gene expression programming
-
Learnable evolution model
-
Learning classifier systems
-
Swarm intelligence
-
Particle swarm optimization
Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully
before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of
their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.
Please kindly specify the “Special Issue”
under your manuscript title. The research field “Special Issue - Genetic
Algorithms and Evolutionary Computation” should be selected during your
submission.
