ABSTRACT: Babanski’s theory of optimization of teaching process has a strong vitality in the education world, opening up a new way of thinking and methods for education. This paper links the theory of optimal teaching with the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language, and analyzes how to overcome the language acquisition obstacles of international students, optimize the classroom teaching process, and realize the effective teaching of Chinese as a foreign language from the aspects of analyzing the teaching materials, analyzing the teaching objects, and determining the teaching methods of the teachers’ preparation for the lessons.
