ABSTRACT: Inspired by the anti-pancreatic promising results of our novel aminated cyclopropylmethylphosphonate compounds, an in vitro anti-prostate cancer activity exploration of these compounds was carried out on human prostate cancer cell line PC-3, and showed potent inhibiting activity at low micromolar concentrations (with an IC50 of approximately 45 μM).
