Special Issue on Advances in Parasitology
Parasitology
is the study of parasites, their hosts, and the relationship between them. As a
biological discipline, the scope of parasitology is not determined by the
organism or environment in question but by their way of life. This means it
forms a synthesis of other disciplines, and draws on techniques from fields
such as cell biology, bioinformatics, biochemistry, molecular biology,
immunology, genetics, evolution and ecology.
In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line
researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on Advances in Parasitology. Potential topics include, but are not limited
to:
-
Molecular & cellular parasitology
-
Biology of parasites
-
Parasite immunology
-
Ecological study and diversity
-
Parasite evolution
-
Environmental parasitology
-
Host-parasite relationships
-
Parasitic infections
-
Leishmania parasites
-
Parasitology & public health
-
Veterinary parasitology
Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective
authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through
the journal’s Paper Submission System.
Please kindly notice that the “Special Issue”
under your manuscript title is supposed to be specified and the research field
“Special Issue – Advances in Parasitology” should be chosen during your submission.
