Special Issue on Organizational Behavior
Organizational
Behavior (OB) is
an interdisciplinary field that studies how people interact within groups in a
work setting to understand and optimize human behavior in organizations. It
draws on psychology, sociology, anthropology, and economics to analyze and
apply knowledge about human actions, emotions, and attitudes in organizations.
OB encompasses various topics, including leadership, teamwork, motivation,
organizational culture, and change management. Its goal is to improve
organizational effectiveness, enhance job satisfaction, and promote individual
and organizational development. By examining the behavior of individuals and
groups, OB seeks to foster more effective and satisfying work environments.
