Special Issue on Employee Management and Strategies
Employee management has always been the
focus of the company and enterprise development. Through the interaction and
influence between enterprises and employees, employees and employees, to
achieve the goals of the organization and ensure the value-added for employees
and society. Employee relationship management is to coordinate the relationship
between employees and managers, employees and employees, and guide the
establishment of a positive working environment. The goal of this special issue
is to provide a platform for scientists and academicians all over the world to
promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in the area of Employee
Management and Strategies.
In this special issue, we intend to
invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and
