Special Issue on Brain Tumor Research
A brain
tumor occurs when abnormal cells form within the brain. There are two main
types of tumors: malignant or cancerous tumors and benign tumors. Cancerous
tumors can be divided into primary tumors, which start within the brain, and
secondary tumors, which have spread from elsewhere, known as brain metastasis
tumors. Treatment may include some combination of surgery, radiation therapy
and chemotherapy.
In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line
researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on Brain Tumor Research. Potential topics include, but are not limited
to:

Symptoms and causes

Diagnosis and treatments
-
Surgery and medical imaging
-
Meningiomas
-
Intracranial tumor
-
Brain metastasis tumors
Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective
authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through
the journal’s Paper Submission System.
Please kindly notice that the “Special Issue”
under your manuscript title is supposed to be specified and the research field
“Special Issue – Brain Tumor Research” should be chosen during your submission.
