Special Issue on Transportation Planning and
Management
Transportation planning includes transportation facilities system layout
planning, transportation development policy planning, transportation

adopts economic theories to assess transport infrastructure, uses quantitative
traffic principles to forecast traffic conditions, and requires management
skills for transport policy implementation.
