Special Issue on Agricultural Irrigation

Agriculture and farming are vital to the nation’s economy, and efficient water management is a vital part of farming. Irrigation is used to assist in the growing of agricultural crops, maintenance of landscapes, and revegetation of disturbed soils in dry areas and during periods of inadequate rainfall.

In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original researches and review articles on exploring agricultural irrigation. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:

• Types of irrigation
• Irrigation and agricultural growth
• Soil-water balance
• Water quality assessments
• Measuring crop water use
• Environmental impact of irrigation
• Wastewater irrigation
• Sustainable agro-urban water cycle
• Trends and challenges of sustainable agriculture irrigation

Authors should read over the journal’s Authors’ Guidelines carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal at Paper Submission System.
