Special Issue on Nuclear Chemistry
Nuclear
chemistry is the study of the chemical and physical properties of elements as
influenced by changes in the structure of the atomic nucleus. Modern nuclear
chemistry, sometimes referred to as radiochemistry, has become very
interdisciplinary in its applications, ranging from the study of the formation
of the elements in the universe to the design of radioactive drugs for
diagnostic medicine.
In this special issue, we intend to invite
front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review
articles on exploring Nuclear Chemistry. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:
-
Radiation and isotopes
-
Radiochemistry
-
Radioactive materials
-
Nuclear reactions
-
Fission and fusion processes
-
Radiation chemistry
-
Radiobiological chemistry
-
Environmental radiochemistry
-
Production and control of radioisotopes and
labeled compounds
-
Nuclear power plant chemistry
-
Nuclear fuel chemistry
-
Radioanalytical chemistry
-
Radiation detection and measurement
-
Nuclear instrumentation and automation
Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully
before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of
their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.
Please kindly specify the “Special Issue”
under your manuscript title. The research field “Special Issue - Nuclear
Chemistry” should be selected during your submission.
