Special Issue on

Biomarkers and Therapeutic Targets for Cancers

A biomarker is a biological molecule found in blood, other body fluids, or tissues which is a sign of a normal or abnormal process, or of a condition or disease. In cancer research and medicine, biomarkers are used to help diagnose conditions, screen for primary cancers, forecast how aggressive a condition is, predict how well a patient will respond to treatment and so on.

In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on exploring Biomarkers and Therapeutic Targets for Cancers. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:

  • MicroRNAs
  • Prostate cancer gene expression marker
  • Breast cancer biomarkers
  • Head and neck cancer biomarkers
  • Medulloblastoma biomarkers
  • Antisense oligonucleotides mediated therapy
  • Plasmid based therapy
  • Gene therapy

Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.

Please kindly specify the “Special Issue” under your manuscript title. The research field “Special Issue - Biomarkers and Therapeutic Targets for Cancers” should be selected during your submission.
