Special Issue on Advances in Lymphoma Research
Lymphoma is the most
common form of hematological malignancy or "blood cancer" in the
developed world. It is a group of blood cell tumors that develop from
lymphocytes and has two types: Hodgkin lymphoma (HL) and non-Hodgkin lymphoma
(NHL). Lymphadenopathy or swelling of lymph nodes is the primary presentation
in lymphoma. Treatments involve chemotherapy, radiation therapy and surgery. As lymphoma has caused numerous deaths
and become a big threaten to our health, further study shows significant
importance and necessity.
In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and
authors to submit original research and review articles on exploring advances in lymphoma research. Potential
topics include, but are not limited to:
-
Signs and symptoms
-
Prognosis and diagnosis
-
Stage of lymphoma
-
Treatment of lymphoma
-
Epidemiology of lymphoma
-
Lymphoma in animals
-
