Special Issue on Abdominal Surgery

Abdominal Surgery is an academic field that focuses on surgical interventions related to the organs and structures within the abdomen. It involves the diagnosis, treatment, and management of various abdominal conditions, such as gastrointestinal diseases, urological disorders, and gynecological conditions, that require surgical intervention. Abdominal surgeons are trained to perform procedures ranging from minimally invasive surgeries, such as laparoscopic procedures, to more complex open surgeries. They work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients, ensuring the best possible outcomes.
