ABSTRACT: This article identifies the legislative proposals (LP) on human rights and gender issues in Brazil presented by women federal deputies in the 56th legislature (2019-2022). We intend to identify, classify, and analyze its content through discourse analysis and some specific tools developed by the cognitive approach in public policy to observe what agenda these proposals represent, we will use the concepts of referential provides by the political sociology of public action to analyze the legislative proposals on human rights and gender. We must emphasize the importance and influence of women deputies in an undeniable male reality in the Chamber of Deputies environment.
