ABSTRACT: This paper analyses the FDI flows determinants in less developed countries with evidence in Central African countries. We mention that if institutions matter in attracting FDI flows; this is not only due to good institutions or political regime types as focused in economic literature but also due to economic sectors which must be considered as investors decision procedure.
