Urbanization
refers to the process of people moving from rural areas to cities, leading to
the growth and development of urban areas. It is a result of industrialization,
economic development, and globalization. Sustainable development is a type of
development that meets the needs of the present without compromising the
ability of future generations to meet their own needs. Sustainable urban
development involves the creation of urban areas that are socially,
economically, and environmentally sustainable. The goal of this special issue
is to provide a platform for scientists and academicians all over the world to
promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in the area of Sustainable
Development and Urbanization.
In this special issue, we intend to invite
front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review
