Special Issue on Law and Politics
Law and Politics is an interdisciplinary field that examines the
relationship between legal systems and political structures, exploring how laws
are created, interpreted, and enforced within various forms of governance. It
investigates the role of constitutions, courts, legislatures, and political
institutions in shaping public policy, protecting rights, and maintaining
social order. This field also addresses issues such as justice, power, civil
liberties, international relations, and the rule of law. By analyzing the
dynamic interaction between legal norms and political processes, scholars in
law and politics contribute to a deeper understanding of governance, democracy,
and the impact of legal frameworks on society.
