ABSTRACT: The study evaluated functional outcomes of foot open fractures, finding satisfactory results in 89.6% of cases. It identified associated lesions, more than two fractures, and lack of rehabilitation as predictors of poor outcomes. Infection rates were low, and overall quality of life scores were good at follow-up.
