Rule of Law and Development Challenges
explores the complex relationship between legal frameworks and sustainable
development across diverse political, economic, and social contexts. It
addresses how the rule of law contributes to good governance, accountability,
human rights protection, and institutional stability, while also examining the
obstacles faced in regions where legal systems are weak, politicized, or
under-resourced. This topic invites interdisciplinary perspectives on legal
reform, access to justice, anti-corruption efforts, and the role of
international law in shaping development outcomes, especially in fragile or
transitioning states.
In this
special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit
original research and review articles on exploring Rule of
Law and Development Challenges. Potential topics include, but are not limited
