Special Issue on Impacts of Climate Change on
Environment and
Ecology
Climate change and its social, environmental,
economic and ethical consequences are widely recognized as the major set of
interconnected problems facing human societies. Its impacts and costs will
be large, serious, and unevenly
spread, globally for decades. The goal of this special issue is to provide
a platform for scientists and academicians all over the world to promote,
share, and discuss various new issues and developments in the area of impacts of climate change on environment and ecology.
In this special
issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit
original research and review articles on exploring impacts of climate
change on environment and ecology. In this special issue,
potential topics include, but are not limited to:
l Prediction
of future climate change
l Drought,
rainstorm, hurricanes, and other climatic extreme events
l Climate
Impacts on ecosystem
l Climate
Impacts on agriculture
l Desertification
management
l Land
use and climate change
l Climate
change mitigation
Authors should read
over the journal’s For Authors carefully before
submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their
complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.
Please kindly specify the “Special
Issue” under your manuscript title. The research field “Special Issue - Impacts of Climate Change on
Environment and Ecology” should be selected during your
submission.
