  ABSTRACT: Pediatric Multisystemic Inflammatory Syndrome (MIS-C) is one of the most severe manifestations of SARS-CoV-2 in pediatrics [1]. This is a report of MIS-C with clinical presentation in infants with atypical Hemolytic Uremic Syndrome (aHUS).
