ABSTRACT: In this paper, we explore the influence mechanism of compulsory citizenship behavior. The article explores the relationship between organizational justice and compulsory citizenship behavior in the view of social exchange theory. With regression analysis of 260 samples, we find that organizational justice has a significant effect on compulsory citizenship behavior. Meanwhile, psychological security plays a part in mediating the effect.
