ABSTRACT:
One of the critical issues is that Japan is
well known for the world’s highest proportion of elderly people, a super-aged
society, and is currently confronting with preventing physical and psychological
disability in elderly. In order to reduce the potential risk, we wish the
guidance will be suggested to help active elderly around 65 years old have
healthy daily life with
high quality.
