Special Issue on Neonatal Medicine
Neonatal
Medicine is an academic discipline that focuses on the medical care and
treatment of newborn infants, particularly those who are born prematurely or
with specific health conditions. It involves the study and application of
specialized medical interventions, diagnostic techniques, and advanced
technologies to ensure the health and well-being of newborns. Neonatal medicine
addresses a wide range of issues, including respiratory distress, infections,
metabolic disorders, organ immaturity, and developmental delays, seeking to
improve outcomes and provide optimal care to newborns in their critical early
stages of life.
In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line
