Special Issue on Plant Biotechnology

Plant biotechnology refers to the use of scientific techniques and tools to modify and improve plants for various purposes. It involves the application of molecular biology, genetics, and genetic engineering techniques to understand plant biology and develop new plant varieties with desired traits. The goal of this special issue is to provide a platform for scientists and academicians all over the world to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in this area of Plant Biotechnology.

In this special issue, we invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles that explore Plant Biotechnology. In this special issue, potential topics include, but are not limited to:

• Enomics, proteomics, and metabolomics
• Biotechnology applications in plant science
• Plant biotic and abiotic stress tolerance
• Biotechnology applications in  pathology and agriculture biology
