Special Issue on Law Theory
Law Theory focuses on the theoretical study
of the propriety of law. It seeks to explain the nature of law in its most
general form and provide a deeper understanding of legal reasoning and analogy,
legal systems, legal institutions, and the proper application and role of law
in society. The goal of this special issue is to provide a platform for
scientists and academicians all over the world to promote, share, and discuss
various new issues and developments in the area of Law Theory.
In this
special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit
original research and review articles on exploring Law
Theory. Potential topics include, but are not limited
