Special Issue on Corporate Finance
Corporate finance is the area of finance dealing with the sources of funding and the capital
structure of corporations, the actions that managers take to increase the value
of the firm to the shareholders, and the tools and analysis used to allocate
financial resources. The primary goal of corporate finance is to maximize or
increase shareholder value.
In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line
researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on corporate finance. Potential topics include, but are not limited
to:

Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective
authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through
